My trial experience includes numerous first degree and life felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic cases, with favorable results. Some specific charges that I have represented clients being accused of in trial include: murder, sexual assault and battery, trafficking narcotics, burglaries of homes, cars and businesses, grand and petit theft, fraud, money laundering, possession, sale and delivery of narcotics, weapon charges, assault and battery, fatality, DUI, reckless driving, and domestic violence charges, just to name a few. I have been very successful in writing and arguing various pre-trial motions in order to challenge the evidence presented by the State of Florida against clients like you.
Education:
I am Carin A. Levine, and I am a true Floridian, born and raised right here in South Florida. When I was eighteen, I moved to Tampa, Florida and received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Criminology and Psychology. After graduation, I moved to Gainesville, Florida and received my Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.
Career:
Upon completing law school, I immediately returned home to South Florida where I have been working as a criminal defense attorney. I have dedicated and focused my entire career to helping people that have been accused of crimes. I have never been a prosecutor, so I have never been the party that accused a person of breaking the law or asking the court to sentence a person to jail or prison. I have always been on the defense’s side fighting to protect the constitutional rights of all those accused of crimes. I am a trial attorney.
